Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of AML Check Hub — the website at amlcheckhub.com and the AML Check Hub Telegram bot (together, the 'Service'). By opening the bot, submitting an address on the website, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

01Definitions

  • “We,” “us,” “the Operator” — the individual operator of AML Check Hub. AML Check Hub is not currently operated through a separate registered legal entity; these Terms bind you to the Operator personally.
  • “You”, “User” — anyone who accesses the website or the Telegram bot, whether or not you pay for anything.
  • “Check”, “Report” — a single wallet-address risk screening and the result returned for it (score, risk level, category breakdown, and where generated, a PDF document).
  • “Credits” — prepaid units purchased in a package, each redeemable for one Check, tracked against your Telegram account.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms to use the Service. You must not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident or national of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions that would make your use of the Service unlawful, or if you are yourself listed on any applicable sanctions or denied-party list. You are responsible for ensuring your own use complies with the laws that apply to you.

03The Service

AML Check Hub screens a public cryptocurrency wallet address you submit and returns a risk score, a risk level, and a breakdown across categories such as sanctions exposure, illicit activity, mixer use, gambling exposure, high-risk exchange exposure and bridge exposure. Screening is read-only: it never requests, needs or accepts a private key, seed phrase or wallet signature, and it never moves, custodies or controls funds. The Service does not perform screening of persons, entities or legal documents — only public blockchain addresses.

04No compliance, legal or financial advice

Reports are automated, informational risk signals. They are not legal advice, compliance advice, financial advice, or a certification that any address, counterparty or transaction is safe, lawful, or free of risk.

A clean result means nothing concerning was found in the data available to our providers at the time of the check — it does not guarantee an address is safe, has always been safe, or will remain safe. A flagged result is a signal to investigate further, not an automatic legal conclusion about any person.

If you have a compliance obligation (as an exchange, OTC desk, payment provider or otherwise), the Service is a tool that can support your own diligence process — it does not replace a compliance program, and using it does not by itself satisfy any regulatory obligation you may have.

05Accuracy, data sources and availability

Risk data is sourced from third-party blockchain intelligence providers and public on-chain data, not from a proprietary database we maintain ourselves. Coverage, labeling and attribution from those providers change over time, can be incomplete, delayed, or occasionally wrong, and vary by blockchain network. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy or completeness of third-party provider data. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

06Your account and free checks

There is no separate password-based account — access is tied to your Telegram identity. A limited number of free checks is provided per Telegram account; creating multiple Telegram accounts, or otherwise circumventing the free-check limit, is a violation of these Terms and may result in denial of service. You are responsible for anything that happens through your Telegram account while it is under your control.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud or any other illegal activity
  • Circumvent, disable or interfere with rate limits, free-check limits, security features or the normal operation of the Service
  • Scrape, systematically extract, resell, sublicense or redistribute Reports or underlying data without our prior written permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the bot or website, except where applicable law gives you the right to do so despite this restriction
  • Use the Service to build a competing screening product from our outputs
  • Misrepresent a Report, or alter one, and present it as unaltered or as coming from us when it has been modified

08Payment, pricing and credits

Paid Checks are sold as Credit packages at the prices shown in the bot and on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices may change at any time; a change does not affect Credits you already hold.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers — CryptoBot / Telegram Stars for crypto and Stars payments, and AuraPay for SBP and card payments in RUB. We do not collect or store your card number, bank credentials or crypto wallet private keys at any point; payment processing happens on those providers' own systems, subject to their own terms.

Credits are non-refundable once a Check has been run against them. If a Check fails to complete for a technical reason on our side (for example, the provider request fails and no result is returned), contact support and we will re-run the Check or restore the Credit — we will not charge you for a Check that produced no result through our own fault.

We are not responsible for delays, failures or disputes caused by a payment provider itself (for example, a delayed webhook, a rejected card, or a provider outage) — those are governed by that provider's own terms, though we will make a reasonable effort to help you resolve a payment issue that affects your balance.

09Intellectual property

The AML Check Hub name, logo, website and bot content are owned by the Operator or licensed to the Operator. A Report you receive for a Check you paid for is yours to use for your own personal or internal business purposes, including as a record of due diligence — it is not yours to resell, systematically redistribute, or present as your own screening product.

10Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused free checks, or used the Service for an unlawful purpose. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of unused Credits. You may stop using the Service at any time by no longer opening the bot or website.

11Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any Report is accurate, complete or current.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Check(s) giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before the claim arose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost funds, or losses arising from a transaction you chose to make or not make based on a Report — that decision, and its consequences, remain yours.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or a transaction or decision you made in connection with your use of the Service.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to surface it (for example, via a bot message) before it takes effect.

15Governing law and disputes

If you have a dispute with us, contact us first at the email below — most issues can be resolved directly and quickly that way. Because the Service is not currently operated through a registered legal entity in a fixed jurisdiction, these Terms are intended to be interpreted and enforced under the law that would ordinarily apply given the nature of the Service and the Operator's location, to the fullest extent that law allows the matters covered in this section (in particular the disclaimers and limitation of liability above) to take effect.

16Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be read to give effect to its intent as closely as permitted by law.
